On 12 July 2023, the official ceremony for the best doctoral thesis of the University of Luxembourg will be held at the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce. The Foundation Luis y Antonio Portabella will be present as the sponsor of the Rolf Tarrach Award 2023.
